About
Loadzen was built by Reece Crowther, a web performance specialist based in the UK with a background in building and optimising e-commerce sites across Magento, WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify.
The tool started as an internal audit workflow — a way to consistently measure, compare, and prioritise speed issues across client projects. It became clear that the same structured approach to performance diagnosis was useful beyond a single agency context, so Loadzen was built to make it accessible to anyone running a website.
The focus is practical: not abstract scores, but specific fixes ranked by the impact they will have on real visitors and search rankings. Core Web Vitals thresholds, field data versus lab data, platform-specific bottlenecks — these are the things that actually move the needle, and Loadzen is built around them.
